What time is the document cut-off?
The office is open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, but paperwork is only accepted until 4:00 pm. If your appointment is late in the day, allow extra time: arriving after 4:00 pm may mean rescheduling.
I need a power of attorney to sell property in Tamaulipas. Does the consular one work?
Yes. Powers of attorney granted before the consulate carry the same validity as those issued before a notary in Mexico and need no apostille.
